This agency is one of the top independents – quirky and cool, ever so slightly under the radar. Traditionally they haven’t been an agency to go in for lots of awards or self promotion, however in the last few years they’ve been finalists for a host of them they hadn’t even applied for: Best Place to Work, Best Consumer Relations Campaign and Best Integrated Campaign.

Their portfolio sits across consumer lifestyle, however they have carved out a niche in the gaming sector with some seriously big names and a host of recent new business wins in the video game space. The work spans creative campaigns, social media/content, lots of events and exciting project work so plenty to get stuck into.

Culturally, the team is around 20 who all socialize together and work collaboratively, meaning there’s no office politics. The Role – Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

As a result of new business wins and growth, we’re looking for a gaming fanatic to join the team. Whilst the ideal candidate will have experience of working on gaming clients, the team are also happy to look at more general consumer PR backgrounds if the person has a real passion/interest in video games.

About You:

  • Devising and overseeing the running of integrated campaigns, you’ll be well versed in all aspects of the media landscape and be able to demonstrate an up-to-date understanding of how social media, content creation and influencer marketing fits into it all
  • Strong client servicing skills, providing strategic counsel and not afraid to speak up and give opinions
  • Organic growth and new business
  • A developed sense of managing juniors to support their development as well as acting as your account director’s biggest ally
