Title: Associate or Senior Associate of Events
Industry: Financial Services / Capital Markets
Location: Hybrid in NYC
Responsibilities:
- End to end management of internal and client events, including budget management, sourcing, planning, communications, onsite execution, reconciliation and reporting
- Effective collaboration with key stakeholder groups within the Firm to execute projects in alignment with business line goals
- Support the Firm’s premiums program in collaboration with various internal partners including sourcing of high-quality, brand-aligned items
- Execute email campaigns to various audiences via Eloqua (this can be trained). Effectively manage workflow for content creation and email distribution.
- Coordinate and prepare marketing materials for conferences and events
- Support Marketing budget planning and management process and assist with other operational projects
- Effective collaboration with the Creative Services Team to produce brand-aligned design assets that enhance key messages
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in events/marketing, financial services experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; expresses ideas clearly and concisely and communicates effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and be accountable for multiple projects
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and in collaboration with multiple business line partners
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft SharePoint a plus
