You will be experienced, assured, confident Associate / Senior Associate Director, as you will be ‘number 2’ to the Executive Director if successful. You will need to be adaptable enough to turn your hand to a range of work – just as comfortable in front of a group of MPs as you would be managing celebrities.
Given the focus of the agency on delivering news-based campaigns, you must have an excellent grasp of the wider news environment.
This is a pivotal role for the agency – the key requirement is to be accountable for client relationships (and this client list is pretty impressive and in some cases surprising) and be accountable for the running of client business (campaign delivery, budgeting, team management, reporting, organic growth of clients, meeting campaign KPIs).
