This role will lead on some huge brands ranging from beer brands, soft drinks, lifestyle and leading hotel brands to sustainability & health campaigning for food & drink brands.

Who we are looking for
An experienced Account Director with big brand, blue chip experience who knows not only how to write a plan, but activate it too. Recent experience preferably agency side. In an ideal world this person would have a mix of PR and social expertise, but we are happy to meet people who are specialists in just one of these areas.
It is also worth noting that these accounts have solid teams and happy clients, so they would be joining a good set-up and be stepping onto stable ground with positive relationships.
We are looking for cultural fit – someone who has a can-do attitude and doesn’t mind getting stuck in, no matter their level! This is a close team who really put our heart and soul into the business.
In terms of skill sets, the following are the most important:
- Able to build relationships with clients and team members alike
- Able to write a deck independently
- Strong presentation skills
- Commercially strong - entrepreneurial
- Strategic thinking and creative ideas - we are about integrated thinking and strong stories, not old school surveys
- Independently able to crack on, but a strong team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and collaborate both on accounts and as a senior member of the team
- Good social / digital knowledge with a ‘good eye’ (visually)
- Team leadership - they need to fit in well and nurture the team – no egos please!
