The work the agency does tends to focus on strategic, creative work that can be rolled out across key markets globally rather than the activation piece (although they do some activation of course), so would suit someone who really enjoys the creativity and strategic side of communications.
Culturally, they are a really nice bunch who enjoy their jobs and totally respect that people have lives. It’s not a long hours environment and as the senior team say in their own words, “no assholes allowed”!
The Role – Associate Director/Director
You’ll need to either be a strong Associate Director or an established Director for this role, from a consumer background.
Automotive experience is ideal but not essential, as is global. What’s crucial is creativity and strategic thinking, as you’ll be developing earned-first ideas in partnership with creative teams and supporting strategists on development of integrated creative strategy.
