Our client is one of the most talked about integrated independent agencies with gorgeous W1 offices, one of the strongest senior leadership teams in the industry and a dream client roster.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive ready to make the natural next step in your career development, or an existing Associate Manager seeking new challenges and recognition to match at the next level.

As a member of the Public Affairs management team, you will play a central role in helping to run one of the team’s most important accounts, and to support service delivery for a portfolio of other clients.   Organisational skills are as important as your social skills for success in this role – an interest in the energy sector is advantageous.  Whilst this role sits within the Public Affairs team, the nature of the role means that it may well appeal to someone with a more corporate background, so we would welcome applications from those with experience in this space.

To thrive in this role, you will be someone who enjoys running complex public and local stakeholder engagement projects and keeping pace with public policy developments.

Working with us, it will be your job to ensure top class service delivery for the client across the agency, managing up and down within your teams, and coordinating with third party delivery partners. Supported by a senior and experienced team, you will provide holistic support for the client, from proposal development and procurement to developing and delivering annual campaign programmes. You will be a principle point of contact for this client.

You will bring:

  • The confidence and gravitas to lead on projects, setting deadlines, providing counsel, and liaising with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience of delivering public facing and stakeholder engagement campaigns, optimally in connection with energy, infrastructure, public sector or the planning process.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills.
  • Experience of financial administration on a commercial project.
  • An understanding of how different communications channels can be used to influence opinion.
  • Experience or understanding of national and local government.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Culture and benefits:

This is a large independent Top 20 agency, so you benefit from the autonomy that independence brings as much as you’ll enjoy the cachet of being a component part of an award-winning Top 20 team.

This is a fully hybrid working environment with gorgeous, friendly W1 offices.  Career advancement, personal growth and support will be there from day one with opportunities to work across exceptional clients and with top industry talent through the ranks.  In addition to flexible working, there is a generous holiday allowance, personal time off, healthcare, gym, season ticket loan and the adventure of working from anywhere for one week of the year.
