We are looking for an established Culture & Entertainment Marketing Senior Account Director, with at least 7+ years' experience in the entertainment marketing industry. This is a new role joining the growing London team of a thriving, pop-culture-centric global consultancy headquartered in New York.  You'll be working with some of the biggest names in the world in terms of global talent, so an ability to work at pace, with accuracy whilst not getting star-struck is essential.

This role will see you leading on a significant international drinks account, across many brands and with campaigns stretching across many pockets of culture. As such, you will have extensive experience in talent buying and procurement, the full process from casting to contract negotiation; the full integrated marketing mix; thought leadership both within an integrated agency setting and client-facing; client servicing in an interagency group environment; client leadership from a liaison and meeting leadership perspective and experience in paid digital as well as talent digital analytics.

What we're looking for in you:

  • You’re a client whisperer – you see between the lines and understand needs of clients before they do. You can engage in conversations with senior clients that help drive their business strategy
  • You're a natural born communicator - you are able to build and maintain relationships with clients, partner agencies, talent, your own integrated agency and - most importantly - your own team on the ground in London
  • You’re a doer – who sees issues and solves them – related to product, process people - requiring minimal oversight to do your best work
  • You’re flexible – knowing when to lean into things to keep things moving
  • You’re a team builder – your team members learn from and grow with you and you build team cohesion through transparency, authenticity, and a passion for inspiring others.

Required experience:

  • 7+ years’ experience in the entertainment marketing space, with a history of negotiating talent and influencer deals on behalf of brands.
  • Experience in the spirits business (ideally) and are therefore familiar with relevant rules & regulations for the entertainment industry such as SAG.
  • Established and growing network of relationships with talent agents, managers, publicists and/or music labels.
  • A deep passion for pop culture and entertainment marketing – always know what and who is trending.
  • The ability to efficiently collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience with Influencer Marketing and up to date on trends, best practices and innovations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital culture, is a versatile writer, clear communicator, and engaging presenter.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team with international clients and in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

In return, you will join one of the finest culture and entertainment marketing teams in the world, work as Number Two to the Head of London for the agency, with a highly collaborative, excellent flexible working environment and a visible career path and progression for your future. Please note that this is a global role, so whilst there is great flexiblity in ways of working, there will often be opportuity to travel as well as required avilaiblity for calls outside of the 9-5 environment due to clients, partners and talent around the world.
