This role is a strategic, high profile role for the business after a significant investment in new technology to engage the brand’s alumni network of past employees. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first in the business to perform this newly created role and a chance to engage with key senior stakeholders.

As mentioned, we’re looking for someone with experience of working with digital platforms and is familiar with driving user engagement/uptake including analysing and reviewing results.
The role is a stand-alone role with no direct reports (although that could change in time), so you’ll need to be strategic and hands on in terms of content creation. Due to there having been a significant investment in this new platform/technology, the role is high profile and will mean you have access to some senior key stakeholders, so there’s a real opportunity to make your mark.
A JD can be provided upon application but some key responsibilities will include:
-Strategic thinking to drive and maintain awareness of the platform
- Producing and publishing engaging content, continuing the drumbeat to grow the community
- Liaising with key stakeholders in the business to pull together engaging, relevant and regular content for the platform
- Tracking and reporting on the platform’s success to senior stakeholders and adjusting where required
- End to end project management and tenacity in making sure the network is front of mind for colleagues
