Our client, a Real Estate Investment Firm in Austin, Texas is looking for a curious and proactive digital designer to join their Institutional Marketing team. The designer will be stewarding the brand across all internal and external touch points, promoting content and opportunities with media and industry associations, and more.
The team seeks an exceptional visual storyteller to help bring the brand and unique
value proposition to life with key audiences through the creation of compelling digital content.
Employ written and visual storytelling to translate marketing strategies into compelling content that
drives forward the firm’s goals across its debt, equity, branding and government relations strategies
Responsibilities
• Work with the Marketing and Investment Management teams to design graphics for marketing
channels, including PowerPoint presentations, company website (WordPress), infographics,
email campaigns & newsletters, LinkedIn, PR activations, and more
• Elevate firm's digital presence by designing and implementing engaging web content,
update website monthly, and create new web pages
• Elevate firm's digital presence by designing engaging LinkedIn content, tile graphics (single,
storyboard, videos)
• Help create and manage email headers, layouts, upload distribution lists and download
performance analytics
• Translate data stories into engaging newsletters for investors, prospects, and broader audiences
• Protect brand equity by communicating the importance and purpose of proper brand
representation, ensuring that employees follow brand style guidelines, voice and architecture
and utilize our library of assets and tools
• Help manage the firm’s digital asset library, content library, website design & updates, and data
visualization efforts
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years in B2B marketing or consulting, preferably in financial services and/or real estate
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills utilizing data and keen design eye
• An originator who approaches problems from new perspectives
• Must have Proficiency in Data Visualization tools; Flourish a plus
• Proficiency in design software, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After
Effects, iStock and Canva
• Flexibility, adaptability and resolve in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Obsessive attention to detail and zero-defect standard
• Results-oriented, collaborative, thrives in a team-based environment
