Location: Austin, Texas  (in office 3x a week)

Our client is one of the most elite and well known Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investment Firms out there! They are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help boost and revamp their brand by building out their email marketing capabilities, company website and Linkedin. This person will be entrepreneurial minded and excited by building new capabilities. They will leverage digital channels to engage investor and industry audiences with thought leadership, brand-building stories, and other content.



  • Grow firm's presence on the digital marketing channels — Email, corporate website, and LinkedIn — including managing content calendars, executing content plans, maintaining platforms, reporting on engagement, and optimizing platform and content performance 
  • Collaborate with Institutional Marketing team, business leads, corporate and consumer marketing teams, and other teams across the business to create and deploy content that raises the profile of the brand and builds and strengthens its relationships within the industry
  • Work closely with the creative design team to develop a frequent and consistent pipeline of visually compelling content to bring our research and our brand to life
  • Develop solutions and suggestions to support key business leads in strengthening their professional online presence and digital engagement with the industry
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations team to design CRM strategy and implement best practices for tracking, understanding, and growing engagement with our partners and prospects
  • Leverage SEO best practices to publish high-performing search-driven content that drives increase traffic
  • Improve corporate website performance through Google Analytics implementation and analysis 
  • Report on campaign and content performance clearly to improve stakeholder support and collaboration



  • 3-5 years in marketing or in an editorial environment, preferably in financial services and/or real estate or professional services
  • Passion for developing engaging, easy-to-understand content and visual storytelling 
  • Expertise in WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite, Google suite, data viz tools, CRM systems
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, efficiently, and according to deadline
  • Flexibility, adaptability and resolve in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Obsessive attention to detail and zero-defect standard
  • Results-oriented, collaborative, thrives in a team-based environment
