An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the biggest FMCG retailers as an Internal Communications Business Partner, working into the food team at this much loved retailer.   

This is a critical role where you’ll work with key members of the senior leadership team to engage and influence the thousands of colleagues who work for this iconic brand.

The Role – Internal Communications Business Partner  

In this role, you’ll create and deliver an engaging, digitally innovative and creative internal communications plan for the business, telling the story of continued business transformation to engage and galvanize colleagues.

You’ll also work with and provide counsel to key members of the SLT on internal communications and messaging, as well as working closely to manage sensitive issues and change programmes.

We are looking for someone with a background in internal communications/employee engagement, gained within the food, FMCG, retail or consumer goods sector.
