We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join the in-house team at one of the UK’s most loved brands. A passion for finding and communicating stories that connects and excites colleagues, and great knowledge of how digital internal channels can be best used, are key things we are looking for in this role.
This is a business that has a diverse workforce with colleagues spread across multiple locations and in a variety of roles. However, they all need to feel connected to the business and excited about its journey. Getting to know the business, and the great business and colleague stories that need telling in innovative ways is what this role is about - and we’ve got a great brand our colleagues love to shout about.
The Senior Leadership Team is passionate about getting closer to colleagues – so the person in this role will be key to this ambition, and can expect lots of support and interest from the highest levels.
We are looking for:
- Ability to create and nurture internal relationships to ensure we find out the great stories going on around the business
- Outstanding copywriting and editing skills
- A highly digitally literate person who keeps on top of key trends and innovations
- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative content that speaks to, and gains traction with target audiences
- A strong storyteller who is able to develop content for a variety of channels
- Multi-media expertise
