To this end, a leading boutique agency that specialises in political engagement and community relations for the property sector is looking for an AD/SAD. This is an outstanding opportunity to initially shadow a current Director, before becoming the lead consultant in the London office.

This is a well reputed, boutique communications agency that specialises in the property, planning and development sector. A close-knit team of around 15, they have continued to succeed during the pandemic and have made a number of junior hires towards the end of last year. This year has kicked off well for the agency, with a strong new business pipeline and 5 new projects already signed.
Client wise, they work with some of the most respected and well-known developers, with a focus on residential but also spanning renewable energy, commercial firms, and some of the biggest names in strategic land.

The Role: Account Director/Senior Account Director
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up into a more senior role, flexing their leadership skills. The agency is flexible on the level and will look at candidates from experienced SAM’s right through to experienced SAD’s.
What’s non negotiable is a) agency experience and b) sector experience in property/planning/development.
A full JD can be provided upon application but some key responsibilities will include:
- Providing senior client counsel and presence, taking a major role in presenting important proposals/presentations to clients
- Understanding and delivering digital consultation strategies to engage clients and stakeholders
- Play a leading role in new business, from networking through to drafting new business tenders and pitching
- Identify and convert organic growth opportunities with existing clients
- Management of junior team
- Experience of managing events ranging from workshops, conference calls, press conferences, training days etc. on behalf of clients
