If you’re feeling that your company and/or role is getting a bit stale and are in the mood for a new challenge cutting your teeth on some of the most innovative, complex and heavy hitting campaigns, then this is the move you’ve been waiting for.
This independent agency is one of the names on everyone’s lips. Enviable client list, talented team and integrated, forward thinking and modern work. In recent years it has been the fastest growing agency and is now over 100 strong. Specialism wise, the agency has three teams across corporate communications, public affairs and financial offering the full suite of communications services to clients.
Culturally it’s a very close-knit environment with a super smart team made up of people from agency and in house backgrounds. As it’s independently owned, there’s no layers of hierarchy or waiting for promotion opportunities in yearly cycles like at some of the large global networks. Other benefits include an annual discretionary bonus scheme, mobile device; season ticket loan; generous company contribution to a stakeholder pension scheme; private medical insurance; and 26 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays).
The Role – Associate Director (Financial & Professional Services)
We’re looking for an Associate Director to join the corporate communications team, specialising in the Financial & Professional Services space. Priority sectors are accountancy / management consultancy, asset management, banking, fintech, insurance, law, private equity / credit, pensions, real estate, and wealth management.

- Managing relationships with board level clients and their communications teams
- Handling reputational issues, dealing with senior journalists, and sustaining day-to-day momentum on large, complex accounts
- Driving and winning new business, in addition to growing accounts organically
- Ability to advise clients thoughtfully based on extensive technical knowledge of Financial & Professional Services sectors
- Experienced in developing strategic and creative responses to communication challenges, encompassing earned, owned and shared channels
In return this role will provide you with excellent career progression, an exciting client portfolio and a competitive salary and benefits package.
