This agency is looking for an Account Supervisor of Social Media to support consumer lifestyle and technology accounts in our San Francisco office! The primary focus of this position will be to manage and create content for our largest client. This includes managing client relationships with our biggest client in the mobile space as well as navigating influencer partnerships.
This position will require you to help create campaigns and develop strategies that elevate brand goals, while efficiently managing client and agency relationships. Managing the social team and reviewing content for quality checks, while crafting content in line with brand guidelines.

4-5 years of experience in a client-facing social and/or digital marketing role
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong understanding of the social media landscape and platform algorithms
Strong understanding of paid social media
Experience in client relations
Experience in social media reporting, familiar with reporting tools (Sprinklr, Julius or similar)
Experience in using publishing, tagging tools preferred (Sprinklr, Smartsheets or similar)
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills a must
Experience with contracting and managing influencers is a plus
Real-time production at live events experience is a plus
