Overview: Join one of the largest global law firms in New York City as a Social Media Manager and take the lead in elevating the firm’s presence across key social platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn. You'll be the architect behind a dynamic social media strategy that showcases the firm's achievements, culture, and expertise to the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Spearhead the North America social media strategy, creating engaging corporate content that resonates with both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Communications Officer and marketing teams to craft compelling brand stories.
  • Drive social media content calendar, manage channels, and execute both organic and paid strategies to boost follower base and engagement.
  • Champion the firm's culture and brand through innovative social media initiatives.
  • Analyze performance, develop KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize social media impact.
  • Act as a social media thought leader within the firm, building a network of ambassadors and advising senior partners on best practices.

Who You Are:

  • A creative and strategic thinker with 7-10 years of direct social media experience, within a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Proven experience in developing, managing and growing LinkedIn as the prime platform, along with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Familiar with analytics tools like Sysomos, HootSuite, Meltwater, Amplify.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and editing compelling content.
  • Adept at project management, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across global offices.
  • Innovative and up-to-date on digital and social trends, with a knack for cutting through industry noise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
