An ideal SVP of Digital Strategy is constantly collaborating with both the strategy and creative teams to shape stories while identifying new and compelling mediums to present them in. This SVP helps drive forward the vision by utilizing strong leadership qualities in addition to strong written and verbal skills. This SVP role works across both vertical work and conceptual ideation to bring high quality work to both retainer and project based clients. 


The Role 

  • Leading client relationship with retained accounts

  • Assessing project feasibility, assigning work, resourcing, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients.

  • Spearheading new business development while exercising effective team building & management

  • Developing & ideating on both campaigns and on-going projects

  • Overseeing owned and paid media social content strategy

  • Managing short-term engagement projects

  • Managing a team of direct reports across digital, social, and influencer


Skill & Experience

  • 14+ years agency experience

  • Understanding of both major and emerging social platforms

  • Conceptual thinking, editorially minded

  • Leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Design and presentation abilities (Keynote and Adobe Suite)
