With over 20 years experience in the industry, our client provides anything from staff-led solutions through to full design & production. The busy, friendly team works on campaigns that range from high profile launch events to consumer sampling experiences.

 

The Role

 

A fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing agency, working with a creative and dynamic team. We are looking for a full time Talent Executive to join the Talent Team.

 

This exciting role involves assisting the Talent Manager with the agency's recruitment and training needs. Previous experience of the events, hospitality or recruitment sectors is highly desirable. Salary is dependent on experience.

 

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE:

 

Recruitment

 

  • Identifying, assessing and interviewing potential candidates
  • Writing and advertising new vacancies to help attract potential candidates
  • Building relationships with candidates

Training

 

  • Organise and attend practical training sessions for sta
  • Manage the online training system and various staff training courses
  • Work with project managers on specific/brand training needs as and when required

Personal Management

 

  • Fantastic organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple day-to-day tasks
  • Good attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated and possess a high degree of trustworthiness

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

 

  • Some previous experience of the events, hospitality or recruitment sectors
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at every level
  • Fantastic organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple day-to-day tasks
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and possess a high degree of trustworthiness
  • Excellent professional communication skills via email and phone
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Experience using a Mac and Keynote is preferable
