We are seeking a Vice President of Communications to join a rapidly scaling proptech and fintech organisation. This senior, client-facing role reports directly to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and will lead corporate communications, media strategy, digital content, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and lead communications strategies for the organisation, advising the CEO and executive leadership on messaging, reputation, and market positioning
· Shape and manage corporate messaging for investors, media, and key stakeholders
· Oversee creation of executive content, thought leadership, and digital communications
· Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media, analysts, and industry influencers
· Lead digital communications, including social media, thought leadership, and website content, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives
· Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team, fostering creativity, alignment, and accountability
You should have:
· Senior-level experience in communications, ideally in proptech, fintech, or other technology-driven sectors
· Track record in startup or scale-up environments managing high-visibility communications and complex stakeholder engagement
· Strategic thinker with strong media relations, digital communications, and stakeholder management skills
· Global mindset, comfortable operating across multiple geographies and cultures
· Bachelor’s in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate qualifications advantageous
· English required; Arabic highly desirable
