Our client is seeking a Digital Media Manager with 3-5 years of experience developing, implementing, and measuring social media plans and strategies, as well as experience with various digital platforms.
The Digital Media Manager will play an integral role in the development and execution of integrated plans comprised of public relations, social media, and marketing communications strategies that support client objectives. Through strategic thinking and execution, the goal is to increase awareness and visibility of clients and their developmental programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy client-specific branding, well-designed social media graphics, and strategies that align with overall corporate initiatives
Coordinate with Public Relations Manager to develop and deploy social media graphics and copy that aligns with traditional media and is focused on client-specific news, catalysts, developments, indications, pipeline assets, technology, and corporate updates
Assist in ‘translating’ science jargon into digestible insights most people could understand
Prepare and deploy social media advertisements (FB lead forms, LI Ads, etc.)
Leverage and continually build out a network of relevant parties on social media (both internal and client-specific) specifically in healthcare / biotechnology
Identify, interact, and outreach to advocacy groups and other active social media accounts related to clients
Support the team with writing blogs and other web content
Manage Social Media for publicly traded and private clients while delivering 2-3 posts per week (across all platforms)
Develop, implement, and evaluate Social Media strategies through the use of analytics to drive understanding of audiences and ways to improve engagement and reach
Amplify external / internal media events via social platforms
Supervise overall social media presence and brand awareness across internal and client profiles
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about campaigns, strategies, and budgets
Key Skills:
MS Office Suite
Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Social Media experience across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, and other platforms you would see as relevant for clients)
Attention to detail and organization with the ability to prioritize
Creative, Innovative, and ability to problem solve
Ability to manage multiple projects while being aware of deadlines and priorities
Experience with the following Digital Platforms or similar programs: GoHigh Level, Pipedrive, Canva, Loomly, No-code website hosting sites such as Q4 or Netlify, Wordpress, Capcut, Upwork
