If you are a high performing Senior Account Manager or proven Account Director, looking for a strong growth environment, within a very happy and supportive team, working on dream clients in the travel & luxury lifestyle sector - this role is for you!
Our client is one of Australia's most admired fast growing independent national communications consultancy's, and is looking to appoint a creatively minded Account Director to join its small but very happy and high performing Sydney team.
This role will be based in the agency's stunning Sydney office enjoying flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sound advise and build on exceptional existing relationships with key clients
- Lead, create and/or support development and execution of strategically driven integrated communications campaigns
- Support consulting team on day to day client management
- Create compelling narratives
You should have:
- Strong story telling skills and creative flair
- Proven communications/public relations consultancy experience (prerequisite)
- Strong understanding of media, what makes a compelling story, engaging narratives
- Demonstrable experience leading integrated communications campaigns for very high profile brands
- Strong people skills and experience - proven ability to mentor, lead, advise and develop junior teams
- Recognised degree/equivalent qualifications in communications/journalism
- Creative and collaborative approach, and ability to problem solve & develop impactful content / campaigns
- Outstanding attention to detail
