We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join an award winning top global integrated communications agency.
They are looking for someone to join their Health team to continue the success they have already achieved. There is a great opportunity to work on a portfolio of health/ Pharma brands including the likes of AstraZeneca and BUPA. With global network, there will be an opportunity to expand your horizons globally as well as domestically.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, strategic and a strong all-rounder, with strong healthcare brand experience.
The Role:
- Devising and overseeing implementation of major campaigns
- Key strategic point of client contact, offering counsel at the highest level
- Managing accounts for organic growth, increasing profitability
- Strong track record of new business wins and pitching
- Leading client teams and developing agency staff
The Person:
- Commercially minded
- Self-starter who has a strong ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong communicator, respectful of diversity and passionate about cultural connectivity
- Proven track record to develop and mentor team members
- Patient, flexible, collaborative and open management style
